Is tricking my mom a good thing?

For my experiment in psychology, I wanted to see if my mom saw something different either of me or what has changed around the house. So what I did was if she kept nagging me to do something, i would just not do anything. But if she doesn't like bug me about something, then I would do something good like clean something in the house or put something away in my room. So for the past three day that I did it, I started to not do anything...being a couch-potato and playing the wii. My mom didn't know what was going on. Her behavior was funny because she sometimes never do cleaning or put anything away. When the day that I was going to start the experiment, we were going up north to celebrate my grandpa birthday. When we were about to leave...I wasn't even ready to go. I didn't do it on purpose, I did it on an accident.

On those days...it was OK. I did do homework, but not all of it. I told her that it will be done by Friday. It was one of those day that I was at home while my mom was out getting things for the house. Before she went she told me that my part of the was such a mess. Anyways, she told me to pick up my clothes before she comes back. When she came back...again I didn't put them. But eventually I did do it. But what did surprise her was that I did my dishes. I do my own, she doesn't see that often when she is not there. But I remembered to leave the computer on because she told me that she need it to use it to check something. When I did some good things, she though I was going crazy or though I was feeling OK. And everyday she thought what was going on with me. She thought it was a trick that I planned on her. But when the experiment was over, i told what I was doing and why. She just gave a little love tap on the arm and she thought I was a good sneaky person.
